Miles Aldridge, born in London in 1964.

 

Miles Aldridge’s iconic photographs have been published in many influential magazines around the world. His editorial clients include Vogue Italia, American Vogue, Numero, The New Yorker and The New York Times.

 

His work has been exhibited in numerous group exhibitions, including last year’s Art Photo Expo, during Art Basel Miami Beach and the récent Weird Beauty exhibit at The International Centre of Photography in New York.

 

He has had two solo shows at The Reflex Gallery, Amsterdam, The Cabinet, 2006 and Acid Candy 2007. In 2009 after his first one-man exhibition at Hamiltons Gallery in London and his first solo show in New York at The Steven Kasher Gallery, he is at Colette where he will be showing a series of his prints and drawings as well as his new book Pictures for Photographs published by Steidl.

 

Miles was also chosen to be the photographer to create the images for the prestigious 2010 Lavazza calender.

 

He lives in London with his wife and four children.

 

Aside this event – from November 18th to December 5th – come and see another photo exhibition by François Nars for the brand’s 15th anniversary where fashion icons pay a tribute to their elders as well as Nars items.
