Please Please return Polaroid

2023

This sequel to Aldridge’s 2016 book ‘Please return Polaroid’, is his ongoing love letter to Polaroid, a process once integral to the craft of many photographers but now more or less extinct. The book presents recent and vintage Polaroids from his more than 20-year archive shaped by a dreamlike logic and explores his dedication to analogue processes where cut-and-paste is still a manual process, made with scissors, gaffer tape and intuition.

Also available as a special edition, presented with 1 of 10 c-prints each signed and numbered from an edition of 20.
